This study included respondents at enterprises as well as small and medium-size businesses. All respondents were based in the US. The study began in February 2024 and was completed in March 2024. Respondents were offered a small monetary incentive for their participation. Most questions were repeated from the 2019 study, but some were modified to reflect changes in the market, cite new trends, and explore new topics.
