Forrester conducted an online survey with 623 respondents and six in-depth qualitative interviews with technology strategy decisionmakers at global organizations to explore this topic. We found that purpose-built platforms, cloud solutions, partner networks, and marketplaces help M&E companies overcome hurdles to security, skills, and scale to boost customer experience (CX) and competitive advantage.
